Daher werden wir Ihre Bankdaten (vollständiger Name, Name und Adresse der Bank, IBAN, Swift- oder Bic-Nummer) anfordern ) entweder vor oder bei der Ankunft.
- In der Reservierung dieser Immobilie ist der Stromverbrauch bis zu einer Höhe von 70 Euro enthalten, jeder weitere Verbrauch wird mit 0,35€/KWh berechnet. Die Zahlen auf dem Zähler werden aufgezeichnet und dann wieder auf den Check-out. Der Betrag ist am Tag der Abreise zu zahlen. Der Gast hat jederzeit die Möglichkeit, die Stromzähler zu überprüfen.
- Der gesamte Müll muss vor Ihrer Abreise am Abreisetag aus dem Haus entfernt werden. Andernfalls wird ein Aufpreis von 50 € berechnet.

What an amazing family villa which we would all happily go back to tomorrow and to definitely stay for longer next time.
