You can relax on one of the 4 sun loungers located in the 30 m2 terrace with direct views to the sea. If you prefer to have an appetiser, take a sit in the 12 m2 porch, completely furnished, and admire the natural landscape.
The barbecue will allow you to enjoy cooking by the sea. The house of 220 m2 is distributed in 2 floors, it has 2 bedrooms with AC, both with double bed, wardrobes, fan and magnificent sea views.
