Astonishing house on the front of Portopetro sea, composed of three independent apartments, offering accommodation up to 12 guests.
This wonderful house is situated on the front of the sea, for which reason, it is a real privilege to be able to sunbathe, on the 7 sun loungers, in the different terraces or to have delicious breakfasts contemplating the sunrise, feeling the sound of waves and the sea breeze.
Although the best of all is that you have a ladder that gives you direct access to the waters from one of the terraces. The construction comprises three independent apartments that make it just perfect to accommodate in both family or friends groups.
The floors are placed as follows: floor -1, ground floor (access from the street) and first floor.
Each floor has a living-dining room with satellite TV, its kitchen with gas hob, its laundry - with washing machine, iron and ironing board -, and its private terrace.
Then, the -1 apartment has three dormitories, one of them with two single beds and two with a double bed, and two bathrooms, one with a bathtub and the other with a shower.
And, the other two remaining apartments features, both of them, a bedroom with two twin beds and another one with a double bed as well as a bathroom with bathtub.
All the dormitories have wardrobe.
The living rooms on floor 1 and -1 offer air conditioning and Smart-TV.
A cot and a high-chair are available. Portopetro is a beautiful coastal village surrounded by sandy beaches and small bays of extraordinary beauty as, for instance, its own bay or Cala Mondragó, Cala d’Or or Caló des Borgit.
The Natural Park of Mondragó is also nearby, ideal for hiking or a walk.
At 500 meters from the property you will find the centre of Portopetro where there is a grocery store, as well as bars and restaurants. The health and safety protocols of the Balearic Government are followed. Note: This accommodation is intended for families and guests over 25 years old who are looking for a peaceful stay.
Bookings for parties or celebrations are not accepted.
A copy of the identification document of all guests will be required to confirm the reservation. Consult the advertiser for possible charges. Pets are not allowed. The holding of events is forbidden.
