This pretty holiday villa is situated in Crestatx, a residential area between Pollensa and Sa Pobla, just a short drive to the beaches of Puerto Pollensa.
Your holiday starts as soon as you go through the majestic iron gates.
The villa has a beautiful garden with 34 palm trees, hence the name ´La Palmeras´.
There is a lovely, swimming pool, 12 x 6 metres, with a waterfall, as well both an outdoor charcoal barbecue, gas BBQ.
There is also a shower room by the pool and a pond - complete with fish and terrapins! The holiday villa has recently been renovated and is very tastefully decorated.
The accommodation is divided into two separate, self-contained units, one on the ground floor and one on the first floor.
The house sleeps 12 in 3 double bedrooms and 3 twin bedded rooms.
Each part of the house has 3 bedrooms and a sitting room and they have their own entrances.
There are 5 bathrooms in the house and an additional bathroom next to the pool The ground floor opens out onto the gardens, pool, barbecue and a covered terrace.
The first floor also has a lovely sun terrace overlooking the pool as well as a large roof terrace with views of the mountains which is a real sun trap.
The villa is just 5 minutes´ drive away is the beautiful town of Pollensa, where you will find a wide variety of excellent restaurants, bars, and a charming Sunday market.
The pretty sandy beaches of Puerto Pollensa are 15 minutes by car.
The villa is a perfect retreat in peaceful surroundings.
It is ideal for two families to share, or for a group of friends.
