The beautiful outdoor area, nestled in nature, features a standout saltwater swimming pool measuring 10x5 meters with a depth of 1 to 2.1 meters, accompanied by comfortable sun loungers—an inviting spot to take a refreshing dip while admiring the breathtaking views of the Tramuntana mountain range.
Before stepping inside, you’ll find a charming porch furnished with cozy sofas and a dining table, ideal for al fresco meals.
Additionally, a barbecue area awaits, perfect for preparing and enjoying delicious dishes together. The rustic interior of the house, spread across two floors, offers a bright and spacious layout combining the living room, dining area, and kitchen.
In the cozy living room, you can unwind on the two sofas while enjoying movies on the Smart TV.
The kitchen, fully equipped with all necessary utensils, allows you to prepare delicious meals to share with your loved ones. On the ground floor, you’ll find the first bedroom, featuring air conditioning and two single beds placed side by side, along with an en-suite bathroom with a shower.
Upstairs, the first floor hosts the two remaining bedrooms, both equipped with air conditioning.
One bedroom includes two single beds, while the other has a double bed.
