The property has private parking with capacity for several vehicles. ---Currently, the house does not have air conditioning or heating.

If necessary, fans and electric radiators are available. GARDEN AND POOL MAINTENANCE:The property has contracted gardening and pool cleaning services.

Depending on the season, these services may be provided up to twice a week.
