The exteriors of the property are the perfect place to enjoy the Mediterranean climate.

In the spacious and well-kept garden you will find a 9x4m private salt swimming pool, whose depth varies between 1.2 and 1.8m.

Around it, there are sun loungers where you can relax while sunbathing, a barbecue and a porch where you can enjoy eating or having a drink with your companions.

There is also a little house where the little ones can play.

The property is fenced and there are neighbours nearby.

The interior of the two-storey house is designed to give you the peace and quiet you deserve.

On the ground floor there are two living rooms with fireplaces, a dining room and the kitchen, which is equipped with a gas cooker and all the necessary utensils to cook comfortably.

Next to the kitchen there is a room with a permanently installed barbecue, in case you feel like cooking some grilled dishes.

A wooden staircase leads to a mezzanine floor where you will find a third living room.

There are two bathrooms on this floor, one with a shower and one with a bathtub.

The house has a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board.

When it is time to sleep, there are 3 bedrooms.

On the ground floor there are two of them: one with a double bed and the other with two single beds.

Upstairs is the third bedroom with a double bed and en-suite bathroom with shower and access to two terraces.

If you feel like it, you can work out in the small gym on the property.

Five fans and four radiators complete the equipment of the house.

If you are travelling with small children, 2 cots and 2 high chairs are available.

Santa María del Camí is a charming village in the centre of the island.

From the house you can go hiking or cycling.

In the village you will find all the services you need for an independent stay.

From Santa Maria you can move to any point of the island.

Inca is a nearby town where you can't miss the Thursday market that occupies all the central streets of the town.

The nearest beach is Can Pere Antoni, integrated in the city of Palma, but you can also quickly reach the beaches in the north of the island such as Playa de Alcudia or Can Picafort.

Please note that during the day there are staff visiting the plot to work the land.
